IT Service Management certification applies to organizations managing IT services through a service management system that supports planning, delivery, monitoring, performance improvement and customer satisfaction.
A certification body applying to MBAS for accreditation under this scheme shall demonstrate conformity to ISO/IEC 17021-1 and ISO/IEC 20000-6, MBAS accreditation procedures, applicable IAF mandatory documents and relevant statutory/regulatory requirements.
